My interpretation of this rule is that anyone who re-registers after a banning needs to be banned again instantly. (The only way to avoid this would be to use a non-related nick, change IP address and not make shit posts with their new account.)

If this rule was followed then I wouldn't have to keep updating my ignore list every time Avenue_1 gets a new revision.
