region conversion?

hi im in the uk (r2) if i dl a movie which is r3 is there a program i can get to convert it to either r2 or r0 before or during when im burning it?

The DVDs reviewed here don't have any region-coding on them. They are all "Region 0". It is the source which was Region 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.

The only difference between DVD releases reviewed here is whether they are PAL or NTSC.

you should not have any trouble viewing a pal or ntsc reguardless of what it is.

most standalone players are region free and it doesn't matter what you put in them they work the same.

i have not needed to convert for years.

if you still need to make a dvd region free use dvdsrhrink...it strips the region code as well as macro....it also doesnt have to compress the video if you choose...then all you have to do is durn it
