Wasn't sure if this was a scene release till I saw it posted here? The place where I found it didn't inspire much confidence either. Packing of the version I grabbed left a lot to be desired as well.
After unpacking, ImgBurn reported the .iso file to be slightly oversized. I burned it anyway and the disc played fine on my standalone despite a further failure notice from ImgBurn.
Previews have been left in but there were no menu issues that I could find. There is a choice of three English audio tracks and I found the 2.0 to be the clearest. The 5.1 surround mix was too agressive and drew attention away from what was happening on screen. The whole DVD looks and sounds home-made.
This bland, superficial remake of the 1954 original plays more like a promo for the soundtrack album than a movie. I had a pie in the oven and spent most of the running time thinking about that.
