not bad quality at all.. Dunno why all the fuss about stolen and what not but don't care. Great audio, decent video. If you can't wait for the r5/retail get this one. Its the best for a long while.

v:7 little too bright in the light areas
a:8 spot on for audio these days. better than their other releases.
m: not sure, might update in a little while.

quick glance through, dark scenes can be bettered if you have play about with visual options, mine was changed to dynamic and really lightens up the dark scenes without showing up pixels, sound also very good. i never bother with cams but this looks to be an exception.
A=8
V=7

From 2 rars, sample, and then scanning. For a cam not bad. Pixilation in dark scenes, decent color, and resolution ok. TS sound fine. Nice to see mVs back if for no other reason then its entertaining NFOs. Movie looks good and will watch asap.

7/7.5/?

watched entire movie, so can now give my proper opinion, found it to have a few bods getting up and walking across the screen about 6-7 times... but never really distracted me, there was red tint in the faces during the daylight scenes, but im not criticising the rls, in fact it is a very good cam release had no sync issues either, and thoroughly enjoyed the movie.

Posted by robert_sole on 05-20-2008 10:00 AM:

video = 7 .. its OK but has ghosting, and the TWAT factor is high, why is it that people decide to sit down when the movie is 5 mins in, then go for a piss after 15 mins? it reminds me why i stopped going to the cinema, its full of distracting inconsiderate cunts.

audio = 6 - its clear but kinda wobbly, not that hot.

movie = 6 - its no LOTR, some dodgy acting and i'd say its 1 for the kids.

good work MVS but judging by your NFO you guys need to get laid ... poor marceli from RLSLOG.net hahaha

As I did. Too much pixilation particularly dark scenes. Will also wait for something better.

not out in uk til end of june over a month away
every1 pretty much said it all , lil dark lil cropped lil pixelated
audio not too bad , much of the usual telesync quality of recent .
overall its watchable , i use neroshowtime-2 just adjusted brightness saturation with that , helps a bit
v-7.5 a-8 m-8 .
i think for the effects only dvd-scr or mint r5 will do til retail in 3 months , but when scr-r5 comes is gonna be sometime away.
usual mvs standard run of the mill ts...thanks mvs-the n'1 nfo group

Decent enough for now. Very dark at first, either brightened up, or got used to it. A few walkers-by during the movie, but not a big distraction. Sound good for what it is, movie excellent for the kids.

8/8/7

Watched the whole thing last night & was v. happy with the release. Well done mvs.

I don't care if its nicked off p2p or not, at the end of the day I won't touch p2p stuff so if a group obtains it as a source and then does their thing to it and it gets a proper group release, all the better. I don't know that mvs didn't use a p2p source in this case but they seem to claim this is proof they haven't and still people reckon they took it! Whatever they've put their own audio to it and their are no sync issues at all. It ain't perfect, slightly muffled, but once your ears adjust to it after 5 min you won't even notice.

Similar story with the picture. A decent enough CAM. Very slightly out of focus but isn't too bad and it doesn't shift in and out like when auto-focus is left on. I accept that it is a little dark in places but is more to do with the focussing and digital artifacts than saturation / contrast problems so the image is still watchable.

Film itself was great! Much better than the 1st Narnia film. I agree its no LOTR but it isn't really trying to be and is a classic story in its own right. The characters have come of age and I thought the acting was pretty good.

Rated as a CAM with TS audio:

V: 7.5
A: 7.5
M: 8.5

If you are in the UK you should check this copy out as it isn't on general release here for a while and this is no worse than an old VHS.

Good TS, which is rare these days. Audio is good too - not great, but good.

Showed it to my nephews and they were happy puppies
(I personaly felt it was kinda boring).

omg...u whingers...had to stop watching blah blah. Its fine with a bit of tweaking, if it isnt an r5 (and they seem to have made a large proportion of people spoilt....) then rate it as it says it is:

v: 7
a: 7
m: me 7, kids 10
