Splitting a show (.avi).

I have a show that has episodes linked together as one file size and I would like to separate each episode. How would one do this using TmpgEnc Xpress 4.0? Thank you.

Edit: Without re-encoding them that is.

Use an AVI splitter , just pick one from here.

These programs are kinda hit and miss though. Some are shit some are good. Ive used some before , but I cant remember which ones.

Think i might've used this one...

If the audio is VBR I don't think a splitter will work? It screws up the sync.

Nandub works fine with vbr audio

Make sure you change the video config to "Direct Stream Copy" otherwise it will re-encode the video.
