I downloaded the original of this, not the repack, but my comments are valid as they are about the release in general.
As a screener, there is the occasional B&W scenes of about 30 secs each and ther is also a watermark near the top centre of the screen that is there for the whole movie. It's not overly distracting unless their faces cross that point, but the majority of the movie has two people the scenes, so that isn't much of a problem. Audio was fine in the original release, no real complaints there. Movie was sort of a let down. Matthew Broderick does a decent job of acting, but he he drawn down by the script. It's one of those movies that if you watch it, you won't be telling all your friends about it, but it's not so bad that you want your life back after seeing it.
