Convert To iPod (Mac only)

This is for MACS only!!!!!!
(doesn't feel so good windows users now does it)

1. get the video file you want (.avi, .mkv, etc.)
2. download isquint
3. open isquint drag video files in
4. select convert to ipod
5. TADA video is ready for ipod

Notes:
visualhub is much better than isquint but it is only available on torrents so i would strong say t download that. Both programs are great except visualhub is a little faster and can convert to more things. NEITHER ISQUINT OR VISUALHUB CAN CONVERT RMVB FILES. enjoy =)

I downloaded an os for it but i have researched my problem to find no answers.

If I whack the os on a dual layer and insert it, will it override the password?

any ideas PsychoBeatdown?
