Picture is okay, if I have any issues with the picture they are probably due to the R4 source? The English 5.1 surround mix is very impressive. There is also a Spanish 5.1 track but the Portugese audio has been removed. Subtitles are also provided in English, Spanish and Portugese. There are no extras of any kind and I had no menu problems.
Movie is just about watchable but has none of the intrigue of earlier M. Night Shyamalan titles.

Pic looks kinda grainy to me though audio is fine. Hopefully pic on R1 is better.
