the better video released, blurred very well

there are about 10/12 repeated frames (not more)

video = 8
audio = 9
movie = 8,5

Is the ivtc/ dupe frames a problem?
ie. will it not play on a standalone/ look crap?

Similarly, can these issues be fixed?

it is fecked.
Wouldnt work on my standalone.
I may try re-encoding. Anyone know whether there'll still be issues if I do?
