Time for bed

I'm curious what time do you guys go to bed? I mainly work 1st shift. I go to bed between 3-4am and back up around 9-9:30am.

If I get more than 6 hours of sleep I'm a zombie. If I get just 6 hours I'm good. The only day I really like to sleep in is on Sunday, I can usually stay in bed till about 12pm. Sunday is my do nothing day though.

If I get less then 4 I'm a zombie, So I prefer 5-6 hours every night.

I wish I could go to bed at 11pm and be up at 5am every day, but I can't do it. I don't know why, It would be nice to be up a few hours before work.

I've recently been getting to bed between 2am and 3am and then getting up anytime between 7am - 8am. I'm quite lucky as I work from home so I don't need to shave, I can have a power wank whenever I want, I can fester in my own dirt if I can't be arsed to have a shower and I can catch up on TV shows on my main PC whilst having conference calls on speaker/mute and monitoring my work e-mails.

Friday today so I'll be down the pub with ex-work colleagues at 1pm for a couple of hours, then probably off to my local (it's literally across the road from me) for a few more hours.

Normally I'm in bed for about 2am and up at 7.30-8 ish and at work for 9. Finish at about 5 and back home for 5.15... Living within easy walking distance from work is awesome. So long as I get 5 or 6 hours I'm fine, if I get more than 7 then it'll probably turn into 10 (lazy days!). I try and get up early on weekends as well though, otherwise it feels like I'm wasting my days off.

What do I do? I'm a technical specialist for a company who's "possibilities are infinite" - I'm also a part-time fireman, fighter pilot and ringmaster.

Bed at 11-12ish up 7-7.30. In at work about 8.15. I hate not getting enough sleep and can nap pretty much any time. But then I am quite old.

I'm MD at a manufacturing firm that makes products for housebuilders. Needless to say its fuckin' shit at the moment. Nobody is building houses so we don't sell anything.

Usually to bed 11-12 and up anywhere between 5-7 am.

Work in the carpet industry supplying the building trade, so I'm doing fuck all as well

construction....up at 5.. work at 7... out by 2:20... home by 3... and stoned by 3:05

im a shop steward for the union so i get to fuck with the boss all day and he cant do shit about it....such fun

up at 6 home anywhere between 2 and 5, depending on workload and pissed by 10, bed usually follows...........I think

I've been unemployed for about 1 week, Management was doing some reconstructuring, So I was one of the many people let go.

I can honestly say I didn't do anything to get fired from this job like I had previous jobs, LOL. Except for my mouth, I'm a huge smart ass.

In some ways I'm enjoying my vacation. I need to get back to work really soon. I may try a different type of job, I'm not sure if the courier business is right for me.

Bed by 10pm'ish... because on call during weekdays and get woken up in the middle of the night.

Up 5:30a, workout, work until 4p or 5p, then school.

Weekends up by 8a

Don't want to waste my day in bed 'til noon unless I'm still drunk from the night before.

up @ 8 work @ 9 fin 5:30! If i have a rush job on ill work til its done so that can be 11pm etc.

Im an Architect Technician and that also covers project management and i also recently got into conceptual design and 3d visuals I also develop property and renovate houses on the side although not so much recently

am a student. studying abroad, i sleep whenever i drop to the floor (usually between 12-1am , wake up at 6am.

construction bed by 12 up at 5am 6am till 2pm power nap 3 to 4 party till 12

I try to go to bed around 11'ish get up at 6:30 and normally i am at work by 8:30ish. I'm a software engineer for "big" security company "symantec"

Normally around midnight, though today its nearly 3:15am and i'm about nod off!
