For a complete beginner... Yes yes google is nice, but anything one of you would recommend that is actually known to be quite good? Thanks.

I'd highly recommend buying actual books. I go to 1/2 price books for HTML/CSS, Javascript books. Or you can buy em new.

If you don't care, then try a few torrent sites for ebooks.
