BBQ ribs

i invited 4 friends over yesterday and bbqued 2 racks of ribs( about 10 lbs).....i cooked em for about 6 hours over hickory smoke...we consumed about 3 cases of beer in the time it took to make em...amongst other things....

the problem?......

....by the time we actually got to enjoy them i got too drunk to remember eating....i hope they came out good
