Xbox 360 New Live Ban Wave
As expected the new ban on game using live on a modded console started a few days ago. Seems everyone puts it down to various reasons ! Im sure we all expected with the release of COD5 due to CODE4 being the most played live game there is and also the new dash being expected on the 19th.
Have your games been patched and does it really make a difference even if you are using 1.4 ?
The Ban wave continues it seems and seems no one is safe.

Robert Jones and Black Power Bill have both been banned so far. God bless my ancient P4 w/o SATA support otherwise I would have flashed mine ages ago and probably been banned now.

I hear you can now go on live with the so called pre release of the dash ! not sure how this is effecting live at the moment anyone know as yet ?
I hear this works but no idea if this has to be done everytime you wanna go onlive anyone confirm and ive not tested it.
Watch the first video to understand these instructions more clearly.
You need TWO games that require title updates (you may be able to work around this);
