I combined the discs with vdub and never noticed the sync. Great copy as far as xvid goes ... a little blocky in the dark scenes.

Movie - Haven't seen it all the way through yet but American Beauty was average at best, I can't believe it beat THE GREEN MILE for an academy award! Jarhead totally sucked though!
Video - Standard DVD SCR fare. I wish they'd start getting HD sources! 8)
Audio - Same as above. Standard DVD SCR fare, looks and sounds DVD quality.

As for the FIX, you've got to be kidding me it only goes out of sync for like 3 seconds!!!
Their stupid fix doesn't even work anyway all it does is open nanodub and say it needs a codec.
I have CoreAVC and divx codecs so I don't know what it's bitching about but I don't care as this did not need a fix. 8)

AMMENDMENT -
Just saw the movie. Pretty boring.
Nothing happens then it ends.
Just like American Beauty.
Sam Mendes is so overrated.
I agree with Jaded4Ten totally. 8)
The son was hilarious, other than that it was booorrriiiinnngg and slow.
I mean, I love a slow movie if it has something to say but this just had nothing to say.
Dissatisfied suburbia.
Okay we get it already Sam stop lingering. Your style would be great if you only had a decent story.

Only noticed one spot where there was a two second sync issue. Other than that, the copy is just fine. I have to disagree with the posters that said that this movie was boring and there was no story. It was intense. Great acting by Winslet and DiCaprio. Haunting performances. You decide.
