Virtual Drive
I insalled VLC onto my memory stick so that i can watch avis on PC that i'm not administrator. The PC only had media player and i couldn't insall codecs.
Now i want to instal a virtual drive like virtual clone drive or daemon tools to memory stick to watch bins and cues but can't seem to do it, i also tried it on portable HD but it didn't work.
Any ideas?
You won't be able to install daemon tools to a usb stick as that software will absolutely need to be installed into the system to work (it has to modify the way the operating system actually perceives hardware and file locations).
I believe you can directly load bin/cue files into VLC on the stick to play it directly, or you can always convert it to straight up mpeg if that doesn't work and play it that way (however I am fairly sure if you just drag the .bin into vlc that it'll handle it fine).
It does work
I tried before to open it as disc with VLC but it didn't work.
I just opened it as file and it did.
Thanks punzada.
