Big fat glitch in the very beginning of the disc, at the start of the fox opening. The movie plays just fine all the way through though. I had my suspicions about this possibly being a reencode of some sort but the fox messages are in tact at the end of the disc so it seems pretty real to me. The picture is great, pretty close to what you'd expect from a retail dvd. My only complaint is that the subtitles can be hard to read due to the translucent backgrounds interacting with bright scenes. Very very much worth watching.

Like the other screeners this season instead of trying to annoy us at the cost of annoying the awards voters they decided to keep it clean. So, there is only one property of message very early in the movie. Nothing more to distract you from the movie. Also, like others this has 2 channel ac3 audio. The speaking can be very quiet while the music and other sounds come across very loudly. Not too much of a problem.

burn't the iso to disc using image burn would not play on standalone or pc. extracted the iso to a folder then burn't to disk again would not play on standalone or pc. opened up the folder using shrink and noticed a small menu so i re authered it without the menu and heh presto it worked but skipped the first 5 mins of the film. so i used dvd fab (the main movie option) burn't to disk and guess what yeeeeeeehaaaaaaaa success.
after all the shit i had to go through to get it to play correctly this rls is great.

Is a strange one this one, plays fine on stand alone Sony BD player you just have to manually start the film.

Very strange.

Anyway, from sample:

A/8 (Typical screener DD2.0)

Wow

Yeah, this release had a menu issue. A re-author with DVDshrink did not help since the beginning was lopped off. After the dvdfab burn like suggested movie worked fine.

V - 7 (kind of faded/washed, still good though)

A - 9 talking and effects levels were annoying. Play with your audio settings to normalize it some

M - 8 Good plot.
