Watched the whole flick ... small blur upper right corner .. scrolling property of every so often followed by a brief b&w scene rated as follows

Very nice SCR. About only 2 "this is the property off" scrolls followed by a short b/w scene. Blur mark as noted is there but barely noticeable. Movie bit of a takeoff on Nicholson's hallmark horror flick. OK attempt.
