Being Human

Anyone catch this new series on BBC3
It's about a vampire,a werewolf and a ghost living in the same house.

Just watched the first episode and although at first I thought this isn't going to work I was pleasantly surprised.It was actually a very good first episode.

Thanks, first I've heard of it, getting the pilot and the first 2 episodes now. Snowed in so need something to watch.

I tried it and couldn't even stand it when baked out of my fucking skull... If I don't watch it stoned it has to be shit cos I'll watch any old guff

Watched all of it so far and I gotta say I love it, nice bit of original drama. Thanks for the tip,only watched it cos of this thread.

Started off a bit pussyish, but it's definatly starting to get a bit grittier with a good storyline behind it.

Have to agree with Ave at first I thought it was going to brutal, but its got a whole lot darker story line going a couple of episode in. Shame its only getting going and the first series will be over tomorrow

What's dark about the storyline then, without being spoilerific?

The adverts put me off because every time I saw the werewolf doing his little monologue I wanted to chin the tosser. Does he get less annoying?

I had a quick flick......will watch in full.

I only have 1 to 4 but looks ok.

for they could have been more graphic but it might be building to that.

I like to watch one after the other so no spoilers please until series one is done

I ended up watching the first show on iplayer in the end, and I actually liked it. The werewolf with the jug ears still gets on my tits but the girl who used to be in Sugar Rush is almost as annoying. The Irish bloke is okay.

That aside it's actually a pretty solid show, watching the second ep now. Downloaded up to the 5th, will watch the 6th on BBC HD. It's a bit more brutal than I had expected, which is good.
