Had an Mazda RX7 go into the back of me 3 yrs ago at about 20/25 mph.
I had to brake because a single decker bus pulled out from bus stop without indicating, i spotted in time and braked rx7 hit me, the bus driver should have been done for dangerous driving told both insurance company's this, but both said same thing he should have left room in case, police didn't want to know either!!
