miracle at st anna subs

i have a problem with the miracle at st anna subtitles. I have the 2 cd rls by dmt and have a set of subs for each part. i have tried my best to put each set of subs to each part and convert using vso but it does not join the parts together and goes back to the start of the film when the to parts meet. i have used the merge option but it still does not work. please help its driving me mad.

Make sure that you have checked the play titles one after the other in the DVD menus option. Make sure you are using the same prefix for the subs as the avi..
I.e miracle.at.st.anna.avi miracle.at.st.anna.srt/sub,make sure they are in the same folder.
