Ip Blockers... and bandwidth usage montiors

Anyone know any decent fast software that will block my I.P being sent ? So I can watch vids on youtube , Nbc ect...

Also does anyone know if there's any programs that will show me how much internet speed my routers getting/sending so i can see what speed my xbox is recieving ?
