Poker Site

I signed up to a poker site (Everest) deposited $100 then got an email saying it has been restricted due to unusual activity. (by restricted they mean i cannot do a fuckin thing on it)
I never even played one fuckin hand.
They want me to go to ibs website and supply 4 fuckin sets of documentation.
So i emailed the fuckers and told them i wouldn't do it and I've had no response.
I feel as if they are acting like cuunnntttssssssss!!!!!!!!!!
What should I do next??

Have had similar experiences with both Betfair and William Hill. To their eternal credit, Betfair eventually sorted out the mess by phone. The cocksuckers at William Hill are still holding onto my money and refuse to refund it until I show them documentary proof of my age even though they already have my bank details. It's made me think long and hard about ever betting online again.

I was hoping someone might know legally what i can do.

I suppose i came to the wrong place.

My PayPal account has been frozen now for the same reason, not that there's anything worth stealing in it. Someone apparently tried to access it at random. I'm beginning to think that any kind of security for online accounts is totally non existent.

This follows an incident a year ago when an employee of a credit card issuer lost a laptop with one million account holders' details on it. The issuer then sent a letter to all its card account holders telling them they should be more careful in future!
