Orchestra conductors

they wave their arms about wildly.

and get great praise, but the thing that confusese me is

a. surely the cunts on the violins, flute type things and arseholes banging stuff would be looking at their sheets of music? ?(instead of looking at loonie waving his arms?)

b. why don't they get an orchestra to play without an arsehole waving his hands about?

a kind of resembled b.

The conductor sets the tempo of the music he can alter the mood of the piece by the way he brings in the various sections of the orchestra . The conductor is the most important part of an orchestra.
And why is this in the pink and not in the music section.

By the same token, why does anyone employ air traffic controllers? The sky is a bloody big place. The chances of two planes hitting each other are a million to one. So what do they do? Employ people to make planes fly at the same height in narrow lanes which practically guarantees a mid air collision!

I doubt he would even notice if he were locked in here.
