Not questioning Diamond quality why wasn’t the devise release presented on vdc quality is it out of scene rules..
it was previous to the diamond release I think.

DEViSE is a P2P (i.e. NON-Scene) group and therefore that is why is was not listed on the site. Hope that clears some things up.
