WHOOH great one

this is a great release.. far beyond what i expected.. its a ts..
BUT! WS.. a bit blue.. BUT SHARP PICTURE..
the sound well thats the down side..
there's a hiss in it..

i gadda say a damm nice release..
and well..

4 Oct..........Red Dragon - Hannibal Lecter's early adventures, starring Hopkins & Norton

SO A DAMM PRE ASWELL!

GREAT JOB ..... a small filter on the sound would have made it a perfect release.. but i'll adjust that on my reciever

thnxx

(this is a review of the sample....)

ok MOVIE REVIEW..
watched the movie finally..
picture ok.. (can be adjusted to look nice) sound well far wors then the sample..
can be adjusted if u have an the equip for it..

nice pre release..
very watchable .. if they would have used a filter this release would have rocked..

the sound screws it up..
sorry to say but its trrue..

so fooks at FTF try not to just rip.. but also edit same small things..
cuase that would make all releases way more interesting..

Thumbs up

Finally FTF comes through with a quality pre. Almost two weeks before theatre release. Good TS with clear video although a little too much blue still very nice. Audio clear with a hiss in the background. I'll grab now and wait to see if a proper is released before i burn.

Audio: 6/10
Video: 7/10
Movie: n/a

....just a question , how can you help the sound to not hiss, waht do you need? anyway i can just do it on my computer, like changing some volume settings or something?

BTW 6/6/? vids ok, lil bright as usual from ftf and audio does have a little hiss to it....any help on that audio situation would be nice

Posted by binx on 09-27-2002 08:01 PM:

nice job ftf

Picture and sound very good overall. Small hiss, but I've heard worse in the past, that's for sure. FTF is improving, and I have to give them credit for it. And one week pre, good job, hope they continue to improve. Thanks guys, I will enjoy this one.

Hey it´s his rate , and a 9 is what i also rate the picture for, you can rate a 9 or 10 for TS.You can´t compare it to DVDrip or Screener ratings, you rate on the TS quality, an TS can never be the same quality as a DVDrip.

It's like it's raining pre-releases. This is definetly one that I've been waiting for. Even though I haven't got it yet, it seems to look damn good. Hope it is as good as it looks.

Posted by Snowbording4138 on 09-27-2002 08:37 PM:

too bright but i think this is ftf's best release ever.

Posted by Asterisk on 09-27-2002 08:47 PM:

Nice pre-release from FTF, pic is very clear, sound is a bit noisy but can be sorted using a filter / EQ.

7/5/8.

14 posts so far... hopefuly this thread will stay flame-free.

Crombie42

on the sound thingy... get an graphic equalizer.. then play with it for a few minutes..
u'll notice where the hiss is.. its probable in the high range ...

just try.. have fun

AND TO THE REST>>
THNXX FOR THE USEFULL RESPONCES AND GOOD RATINGS ON THIS RELEASE>. first time in some time that i havent seen flamin.. maybe i should be the first to post more often LOL
see ya

say, for example you were to use cool edit pro (only because
so many people use it)

youd but out with it's FFT filters and play around removing
some of the high end frequences......probabbly around 10,000hrz

(just guessing off the top of my head)
