ive noticed that alot of ppl when voting on quality have a tendency to vote low even tho the quality is good they vote low because they feel the release isnt needed

ive noticed a few times ppl have voted an unsubbed version lower on quality just because the exact same version was out earlier with subs ,and they felt this release wasnt warranted
(sounds crazy but its what ive seen)

and this kinda spoils the whole voting on quality theory

how about a button to vote on whether the release was needed or just a waste of time

esp since in the vcd scene today there are so many *proper* *real proper* *proper of real proper*
