rating system changes

As alot of you have already noticed i've been working on cleaning up the rating system.. I've removed all 10/10/10 and 1/1/1 votes from the database.. No movie should ever have a 10/10/10 or 1/1/1.. if you think its all 10's or 1's then something is wrong with you..
I've also added a couple pages to show who else has voted on each movie and you can also click on each person's name and see what movie's they've voted on in the past..

any other suggestions to improve the ratings.. please post them here.. Thanks
