I've got the VHS of the original movie, and the TeleSync from TMM, this SVCD worth the download ?
the dvd is supposed to include both versions of the film, might as well buy that

how is the quality?
anyone got a filename for me? im having trouble locating it
I hope that it's a 2-Disc set then, I hate double-sided discs.
yeah, disc 1 will have the 2002 version of the film, and disc 2 will have the 1982 version, along with extras and all that

Watched this release today, was entertaining.... some of the new scenes of ET are funny looking, had been a while since I caught it, but it was pretty good.

One time, my cousin Walter got this cat stuck in his ass. True story. He bought it at our local mall so the whole fiasco wound up on the news, it was embarrassing for my relatives and all, but the next week he did it again, different cat, same results, complete with another trip to the emergency room! So I run into him a week later in the mall and hes buying another cat and I says to em "Jesus Walt, what are you doing? You know your just gonna get this cat stuck up your ass too, why dont you knock it off?" And he says to me "Brodie, how the hell else am I supposed to get the gerbil out?" My cousin was a weird guy....

Actually, no.. Disc 2 will NOT have the original version of the film... Only the 20th Anniversary edition will be it.. If you want the original version, there will be a Ultimate Edition 3-Disc Gift Set that it will be available on.. This edition will cost between $50-60.
