- CCE must be used for all re-encoded streams
- Min. bitrate 3000 kbps
- 100 minutes or below min. 4 pass, over 100 minutes min. 5 pass
- Keep menus, English audio (original audio if non-English) and subtitles in three of the most common languages
- Macrovision must be removed
- Must be region free
