Endtroducing

Bluray to X264

I've got a blu ray DVD a blu ray drive. I'd like to rip my own copy of this DVD in to ~4 GB file so 720p res. My only problem is I can't figure out what the process would be. I got a few programs to help decrypt and rip the files (Slysoft AnyDVD HD and TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress). Does anyone have some instructions or a tutorial that could lead me in the right direction? It doesn't have to include those two programs.
