dvd release date is the 09/03/09 so you wont have long to wait now, id say 1 month before we see a dvdrip of this movie.

Not exactly disappointed, but didn't blow me away either. Ending is somewhat predictable, it's almost the first thing that you suspect will happen that does happen.

The kids were a bit crap and the acting all round (bar Vera Farmiga as the mother and the guy that plays Pavel) leaves a bit to be desired.

Nazis were bad, jews were treated like BSC cattle. We know. And what else...?

(It didn't help that I watched this very soon after Slumdog Millionaire where the child actors - who I presume are first time nobodies - are so natural and brilliant on the screen. It just contrasted the static and forced performances in this movie.)
