Nero can do it... Just tick the "Multiple Recorders" button you total pikey

I think there's some constraints on Nero burning to multiple drives (like common speed/throughput) but it will do it.

i remember Disc-Juggler was one, nero is the other.

If you make a disc image ,alcohol 120 will do it quite well.
