As Terminator 3 was first being talked about. I had read that there will be a Terminator 4 which would be set in the future. The final battle between man and machines. I do hope this happens. It would be cool as you see Kyle Reese go back in time to stop the first Terminator from killing Sarah Connor. Seeing John Connor send him back . Knowingly he is his father.

I look forward to T3 itself too. But I just have doubts it will be as good as T2 with no James Cameron. When I see the trailers. There just seems something missing. I can't put my finger on it but something doesn't look right about this movie. I hope it's good but I have an eery feeling the movie will get bad reviews this summer. I hope I'm wrong and this is the best Terminator movie of all time. But I don't think it will.

Bottom line... It will all be about cash. If T3 makes bundles then its likely there will be a T4. Personally I really liked the idea of T4 when it was originally pitched with T3. Personally if they HAD to have done a Terminator sequel I would have preferred they would have skipped the T3 concept and gone to the T4 one set with John Conner the soldier in the future along the timeline where the first Terminator is sent back.

I doubt they'll even try for a PG13.... All the other ones have been "Fuck" every other word... IF it is PG13, this is seriously going to suck. No blood, no cussing, no nudity? Why dont they just rename it "Big Soldiers" the sequel to "Small Soldiers"

man, i took my Terminator 2 DVD to the sony center here the other day, as we're gonna go for a big tv and better sound system next year, so we watched it on their grand wega 44" LCD Rear Proj system (£4500/$7000 worth) hooked up to a DTS system (£250/$400 amp, £300/$500 sub, didn't see the prices on the speakers, think the center was £70/$120 which was lush for the price.. (theres a sale on atm!))

man...

that movie kicks ass so much i can't see how T3 will even be a scratch on it. its looking dreadful from the trailer... its gonna have to be something hella special, and without the real crew at the helm, its not going to be im afraid.

My take on the movie, it will SUCK..clear and simple...W/o Linda Hamilton or James Cameron, both of whom helped make T2 a classic film.

Answer is: No I hope T4 wont hit.

Anyway, i've been reading up and there's one or two things that are keeping my interest above dead. It seems the producers are doing a 'Back to the Future' on us and the film will be set in the time periods of the first two films as well as a 3rd timeframe and will include new footage AND intercut footage from T1 and T2.

Hmm... Well it peaked my interest a little. It could be a glimmer of light or it could be a big arse Train heading straight for me. Who knows?

Still.....I can't forgive them for dropping Brad Fidels awesome score. That just plain sucks *Hugs his T2 score cd*

i was a great fan of arnies movies but a poll i read about several years ago said that he was the no 1 actor they most wanted to retire. i read that in the daily mirror (uk) he does not seem to have the same presence now not major cinema player.been some good movies i would hope there would be more.if he is not continuing the terminator series it will suck as arnie is "THE TERMINATOR" very few people can just step in his shoes.lets hope the frase "I'LL BE BACK" will not get lost in the meantime.
did some say there was talks or making true lies 2 ? i liked the first one.
