What's the point? This movie actually had an Oscar DVD. So instead of a VCD release why not a DVDrip SVCD or the DVDr? psssh, I already have the dvdrip svcd.

The chinese PDVD which is out has burnt-in chinese subs and is the 90 minute version.
This screener is also the 90 minute version.
I'll wait patiently for the full 123 minute version due out in Hong Kong, supposedly in March. It will be preceded by the VCD release apparently.

The DVD version has 20 more minutes for footage. Does anyone know whether the dvdrip out there has this? The total minutes should be 120.

Very nice rip for a DVDRip... even if its not SVCD, the quality is very nice.

This is the first DVDRip of this movie... maybe there are dvdrips of this on KaZaa or other p2p programs, but this is the first DVDrip of this movie in the scene...

Have yet to watch the movie...

I saw the AM release of this movie. As in I didnt watch it, but just saw it. Not nuked afaik, but I cant be sure. If that is the case, this release is dupe despite it being the 1st to hit vcdquality. As much as you guys might like to think otherwise, the scene does not revolve around vcdquality.

the movies kind of old now :/

one of the worst movies ive seen im sorry to say ;(

i saw the chinese version which has a lot less editiing then the us version will have and already the movie seemed like it was edited too much in the chiense version ;( the story could have been put together better. what's sad though is that they wanted to make it seem like its a true story.

but still worth a watch

Just watched this release. Yes, it has english subtitles.

BUT for a few minutes of the ending...on CD2, about 35:00 to 41:00, the English subtitles disappear. (WTF?) They come back around 41:00 to the end... 45:00. But you can't understand partial of the ending with this part missing english subs...

Just got the realse and skiped through it to check out the quality, and i have to say, coming from a dvd source this is actually pretty piss poor... they should of made it an svcd imho.
