So I run into him a week later in the mall and he’s buying another cat and I says to ‘em "Jesus Walt, what are you doing? You know your just gonna get this cat stuck up your ass too, why don’t you knock it off?" And he says to me "Brodie, how the hell else am I supposed to get the gerbil out?" My cousin was a weird guy....

Yeah the trailer sucks, but the script is fantastic, and it has a great cast (I have faith in Uma).
Having a dolt like Lucy Liu say it's vomit inducing doesn't hurt either. Hurry up and get here October

i just noticed this thread. At work we saw a very rough test cut of this movie a lil while ago and i dunno i was kinda in the middle of the road on it, now i love tarantino i'm a big fan of jackie brown the script is good and its well acted i'm just hoping the scenes gel a lil better in the final cut. The action scenes are very borrowed tho ive watched many hong kong cinema movies in my lifetime and its like a collage of such in this movie but hell isnt that what tarantino is best for...i'll wait til i see the final cut to pass judgement its looking good but not quite there yet imho

$uXor

I really don't like Quentin Tarantino. I've seen three of his movies, including Pulp Fiction, and I've really tried to like them. I even rewatched Pulp Fiction at the suggestion of some friends who thought perhaps I just missed the humour in it the first time. Alas, it turns out that I did not miss the humour -- I just didn't find it funny.

The one thing that *did* attract me to Kill Bill was the interesting kung fu twist on things -- so in that respect the trailer was actually somewhat helpful from my point of view.

Unfortunately, Uma Thurman remains. I don't like her in anything she's been in.

Reservoir Dogs

My personal favorite of the Q.T. movies is definately Reservoir Dogs. The scene where Mr.Blonde (Michael Madsen) hacks off the captured cops ear while dancing to Steelers Wheel in the background..CLASSIC!! Just a great gangster film and an all star cast. Can't wait for Kill Bill to come out, Lucy Lu...mmmmm.

I predict this movie will rock.

I would also suggest Resorvior Dogs to anyone who doesn't know if they like Tarrentino...I found Pulp Ficition entertaining but I don't think I want to see it again...Samuel L Jackson was just about the only good parts....

I also don't like Uma, she is an alright actrist but just looks funny....I didn't like her in Pulp or Gattaga...but I think I can over look it if this movie is written and acted really well...
