musta been early 90's or something. never seen an official VCD before.

official vcds u can pick up from places in the far east, they're legal and everything, no guarantee they'll be great quality mind. a VHS rip to CVD will probably be better than a VCD original for instance

True Pho, i bought a few yrs ago a 6 vcd trilogy set of the first 3 Star Wars remastered from Malaysia, quality was so-so alot of pixalation in some parts,basically Vhs quality, considering theres no dvd set out for them it will have to do, nice box set and packaging it came in. Shows alot of Malaysian/Aussie attractions in the beggining of the movie...kinda neat..
Says official vcd release authorized by yours truly.....Mr.Lucas
Got them all for $20
The Matrix vcd set was real nice quality also
