in the off-topic section. VCDQ is about movies so it should be moved to the VCDQ.com forum. Shouldn't it? Just a thought.

vcdq is about the discussion of scene released movies, whereas movie discussion is about all movies. vcd releases is the vcdq.com forum equivalent of that forum.
