Star.Wars.Episode.III.Revenge.of.the.Sith.INTERNAL.DVDRip.XviD

Hi... I have been trying for days on end now to get this file to DVD without losing audio sync. I have asked different post and nothing is working. The movie is in two files. They play fine alone , but if I merge them with mediajoin or avijoiner the audio gets out of sync. I have tried using the tutorials on Doom9.net to try to get it to sync up (with virtualdub). I have gotten no where. Can someone please tell me the easiest way to get this file on a 4.7g DVD without losing its sync (and hopefully making it one continous video). Thanks for your help in advance.

What I used was TMPGEnc 3.0, you need the right codec but just load both files and run it'll take forever(16 hrs.) but the merge will be almost undetectable. the use Nero to burn .

hi :0)

you should use virtual dub to join divx/xvid movies together

use direct stream mode and append segments

then transcode to dvd if need be

easiest way by far..
get winavi the newest one, (fairly easy to find etc) thats all you need,

go to convert files to dvd, select both of the files that you want, make sure they are in the right order in the winavi thing after you have selected them, (theres a little box that says what order they are in) you can set chapter lengths in the advcanced settings, hit go and in about 40mins you have a dvd_o folder with all the vts files and what not. then all you do is go into nero, select make dvd video, drag that dvd_o folder into the video_ts folder in nero, hit BURN and your done

thats,

Open WinAvi,

Select 2 files then put in order

(optional - set chapter lengths/destination for folder)

hit OK

Open Nero

Drag the folder winavi created into the video ts folder in nero when making a dvd video

BURN

no joining whatsoever, and by far the fastest way to convert something into dvd

Total Vidiot

i have recently discovered Ulead DVD Movie Factory as well.

it is much faster than any other encoders, barring winavi,
i am not sure it does xvid, but it does do almost all other formats.
also it will burn em to disk for ya.

similar to what sloth said, it is amazing ... no more 16hr sessions,
just put em in the timeline and hit burn, no worries.

sry guys but this method is the best imo.
get avi2vcd. there is an audio decompresion tool that comes with it. decompress both files, then add together with virtualdub(this method u wont run into any vrb audio issues with any avi) then just encode with whatever...i prefer canopus....

oh ya and make sure u have ur ac3 filter master volume turned all the way up be4 u decompress...
