Box Office Numbers Weekend of July 18-20, 2003
I decided to resurrect the Box Office numbers because I felt like it..
1- Bad Boys II $46,522,560 / opening (I expected a bit more out of this one but hey..this summers been weird)
2- Pirates of the Caribbean $34,034,597 / $133,007,414 (This is probably the last $200 million movie for the summer)
3- The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen $10,158,545 / $42,532,642 (Ouch! this one is getting stomped like a narc at a biker rally)
4- Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines $9,327,409 / $127,893,786 (Forget the Machines..this bitch better see Rise of the Box Office numbers if its gonna make its moola back)
5- Johnny English $9,134,085 / opening (with this, 28 Days Later and Bend it Like Beckham I'd say the English are making a statement over here)
6- Finding Nemo $7,275,723 / $303,795,720 (ahh yes..the movie that just wont die..this is making serious cash and I am happy)
7- Legally Blonde 2: Red, White and Blonde $6,122,444 / $75,454,096 (made its money back? yes hit a $100 Million? probably not)
8- How to Deal $5,809,960 / opening (Please God someone shoot the person who keeps giving Mandy Moore a job!)
9- Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle $3,811,962 / $89,234,967 (I said it before and I'll say it again...get em naked and its a $200 Million blockbuster)
10- 28 Days Later $2,541,940 / $33,398,474 (great movie..hgue hit..looks like we can expect a sequal to this bitch)
