If it is not too hard to setup. I would make it so that movies with over an 8 rating are in a slightly different color. Or something like that.

You'd have to make sure the voting system is weighted first, like someone proposed. eg: the first person to vote gives it a 10 and its a crappy release or vice versa... Even though its not a big deal.

i don't know if that is fair...i have given some movies a 1 that were currently at 7. They had a missing ending is missing or sound is desynced..those should not be released imo....and i would want my vote to count...although if crazy things start happening, like ratings way off then some changes should be done.
