i cant remember the title of it, but its kind of a serial killer/ cop movie where the killer ends up being a cop, he like calls them when hes torturing and killing these woman and playing the little red riding hood song.. it was a big movie in maybe early 90's or somethin.. with big actors i just cant remember the name.. someone help me out!! thx

I beleive it's called Striking Distance, It has Bruce Willis, and the Chick in Sex in the City in it. Sarah something, I didn't care for the movie.
