about to pop in CD1 now, hopefully this will be an alright movie ... I can't believe I'm running out of stuff to watch

video seems good so far, up to par with others ... 7 (not much for screeners though)
audio is nearly flawless, having no issues .... 8

erm i'd say its cos i always thought the general idea of this website was to give ppl an idea of the quality of a release not necessarily the quality of the movie.

i doubt that many ppl who post on here watch the movie just the sample and then give their opinion based on first impressions, so taking your comments about my post into consideration, why does anyone bother posting at all ?????

I'm not trying to piss anyone off ... but you shouldn't just judge from the sample, 'cause groups can take the better parts of movies and throw them into a minute or so sample. Just to skew the posts on forums like this, so ppl will download their movies and it turns out to be shit. I've seen it happen, look at FBi's release of Envy ... even the repack, still sucks, and is still out of sync kinda and is missing some ending.

People should watch the entire release before posting, or at least start watching the release, 'cause the sample isn't always the most unbiased part of the movie.

i do agree crackerjax thats would should happen, but by the time i get round to watching most things it'd be old.

i do try to scan through the movie before making an opinion although i do look at sample to get an idea b4 i d/l anything and yes i agree some groups do put out nice samples to hide their imperfections at times.

and hey m8, i wasn't suggesting you were trying to piss me off, life too short for that shit, an besides we are all entitled to our own opinions.

Just d/lded and watched the movie. I was impressed with the 2nd half. It's an independent, so you know how quirky they can be sometimes. Seemed kind of cheesy and silly at first, but as the "plot thickens", it turned out to be a quite nice love story.
As far as QUALITY, I was dissappointed in VideoCD. At 44 minutes into the movie, the framerate jumped from 23.976 to 10fps! I was like WHAT THE F**K!?!?!?! About a third of the movie is at 10 fps! That pissed me OFF! Which ever member of VideoCD encoded this was on CRACK. I'll be getting this whenever it hits commercial status. Just another example of "pirating" actually BENEFITTING the movie industry. Were it not for seeing the nfo posted and getting the movie, I would have never even HEARD of this flick before. And they say that we're taking their money.....yeah, RIGHT.
