I burned this release on a SVCD after cutting the video file in 2 parts and it was very watchable, it was even almost DVD quality.
The only thing that was wrong were the english subtitles (used in the Pai Mei scene), they were miss placed (too low).

score:

video: 9.3 (almost DVD)
sound: 9.8 (nice surround)
movie: 7.0 (not as much action as the first one)
