*PROPER* : if you proper something, you usually explain why in the NFO.

*DUPE* : there's already been an SVCD DVDRip release of Rat Race. A long long time ago.

*NUKE 128kbit* : sound for SVCD *HAS* to be 44khz 224kbit. No exceptions unless source is 192kbit and you explain this in NFO.

From your post , its obvious you're either a member or friend of member etc blah blah. People appreciate releases only if they DONT waste their time. If someone raced this, it'd be nuked and they'd lose credits. You dont do anyone any favours by releasing releases that are duped or incorrect spec. If you wanted to put out rat race, put it out internal (there was no need for a proper, as the previous release was fine imo) and fix the sound. Otherwise the release is just a burden to the sites who carry it.
