But one thing that you're overlooking is, we need a reference point to compare something to. There is always a step above where we are at in technology, so ultimately, this release should techinically get a 1/10. To prevent this, the reference point to compare these releases to is the original retail copy.
0 (VHS microwaved copy of a copy) all the way to 10 (store bought copy, not getting better until HD-DVD/Blu-Ray).
If this is an 8, where can I buy the 10? Transfer quality is not discussed here, encoding/release quality is however.
