Wow, first the star wars dvds and now this eh .. I didn’t even realize this was being re-released, but seeing as how I’ve never seen it this copy looks like the one I’m to watch.

not sure...but i saw a preview for this dvd and the effects looked AMAZING for a 1971 picture..so it may be they re-did them and that yes this is the one they will use in theatres.

This is the directors cut which is available for purchase or rent as it was released on Sept 14, 2004. There is a two disc special edition that is also available.

yeah this is nice...but I purchased the retail last tuesday. and then this hits..could have been good..but I like the extras.

10/10/8 movie was good.
