The Incredibles Black Bars

I was wondering if there was a way to move the picture down a bit for this movie. The black bar is huge at the bottom of my tv and I wanted to use Tmpgenc to correct this, but it wont except the MPEG2 file. I tried loading a mpeg2 codec and raising the priority in Tmpgenc but that hasnt worked either. Has anyone tried to correct the black bars if so how? Thanks

If you have a widescreen TV, most of them have a feature to shift the picture up or down. Works a treat.

If you need to re-encode, you need to have an MPEG2 codec installed for TMPGenc to accept it, and you might need to raise the priority of your DirectShow filters in the environmental settings.
