has anybody seen this release what kinda watermarks or does it go black and white, is any of that in the screener?

kickass release considering it's so early. b&w scenes and msgs, good quality encode though. word up to "awards" season screeners.

I don't know what you're talking about. There are no b&w scenes at all. Just the scrolling text informing us that it's for private viewing only, and not really many of them either.
