Goldwave question

I'm trying to use GoldWave to reduce the hiss/hum of an SVCD, but when I load the mpg it says: "Cannot determine file format" and asks me to select from a dropdown list. But, i dunno which one to pick. Also, can I just open the .bin file with GoldWave, or do i have to extract the mpg first?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Bitter, miserable twat.

Try extracting the mpg, then use TMPGEnc to demux the audio (should give you a mp2 file) then load that into Goldwave.
