Nuke it

Once again, MPTDVD has messed it up. It must surely embarass them, they post all kinds of techie mumble jumble in thier nfo about thier own, and thp's release. However, they can't even build a simple img. They rar data, and re-rar into a volume. Takes over 1/2 hr to extract. Then the down syndrome like rip freezes after the play button on the menu. The film can be played from the scene selections, but if you ask me....just another retarded rip from MPTDVD. You guys are the kings of bw wasters and have surely caused the manufacturing of 14,000,000,000 coasters.

Punk B1tch

I would like to know how they got the info that they did in their nfo about the other groups rip...once it's encoded, is it even possible to tell? and if the source was progressive, why would they have to deinterlace? They should just encode with zigzag to keep it progressive.

nuke?

I just wanted to clarify a few things. After I extracted the data, I loaded in stomp, and clicked the burn button. Proggie complained and crashed right away. I proceeded to use imgtool, built an img and gave vol name CHUCKY. Stomp accepted the new img and burned ok. In my toshiba stand alone, the menu looked fine, but after pressing play, the screen went black and stayed that way. Only way I could play the film was to reload the disk, and play from scene selections. I'm clarifying, because I have spoke with someone else who states all plays ok. Anyone else havong probs?...please post.

play button works fine and no problem with the release.
i think it's just many ppl jumpping to conclusion based on their previous releases without actually checking it themselves, they have actually improved their ripping skills alot lately. at least it's no longer dvdshrink
